Customer service is terrible. Went today 05/08/26 to the pendale location and the older man with a ponytail treated me like a child. Making me back up all the way to the sign pointing out the words "no wood" as if I was in class and lets read together. As I was about to drive off he kept reminding me about the 1 piece of pallet I had. Theres no need to treat customers this way. A simple no wood is accepted wouldve been good. Hope management gives a lesson on customer service...seems to be lackin

Update 4/8/26 Another trip with no issues. Added some photos since I probably won't be back. Update 4/1/26: had to sit and wait to be waved in because the lady at the top was MIA from her post. It would also be great if the employees were smart enough to spread vehicles out instead of trying to cram them all into the same couple of bins, but they aren't. SPREAD PEOPLE OUT! Also: they don't take pallets, despite taking both wood and nails individually (as evidenced by the nails all over the park
