I can't recommend this company at all. I ordered a vanity 9 weeks before I needed it only to find out 4 weeks later that the sales representative had left the business and my order had gotten overlooked. Things went from bad to worse from there! I paid half the total cost as required and ask for a refund but was told I'd have the vanity in plenty of time. Well that never happened!! It's been 10 weeks since I ordered it no vanity. Having guests this weekend and no vanity . Customer service is no

Cincinnati cabinets did a good job on our bathroom remodel. We were originally told for weeks , and it ended up being around six , which was not a problem. Our installer, Wesley did a great job with not only the cabinet installation, but also the flooring we purchased. Communication started out slowly, but after that Pedro would contact me when the installer would be there and with information regarding another issue that we were having which was our handles did not get delivered with the cabin
