He doesn't try to sell you something you don't need and is very prompt to call you back. I used to cut lawns for a landscaper when I was younger and can tell you that these guys do great work! Scott did an excellent job with his snow clearing service last year but never informed me that he was only doing commercial this year. Considering I had a contract last year with my credit card on file you might think there would be a courtesy email or call. +3 stars for a good job, -2 stars for customer service.
