Bricks at the top were loose, and I could see spots where water was getting in, It felt urgent because the previous owners clearly ignored this stuff, and I did not want more damage. Called Chimney Co a few days ago, and they came out fast and got it taken care of. Looks solid now, no more gaps up there, and the price felt worth it.
