I chose this company because I had used them several years ago, but I should’ve read recent reviews first. I was asked to pay a deposit for the material that was needed and the work would be completed the following week after payment. It’s now been over two months, he will no longer answer phone calls or texts, the job has not been completed, and he has not refunded my money after I requested for it back several times.

Took my money, never provided the service. He appears to be a very nice person and knowledgeable. Even came to my house to measure and discuss the project. He asked for a down payment so that he can get the parts he needed, gave me a date when he wanted to do the installation. Then kept moving it and then disappeared. I have not heard from him in more than a month now even though I texted and called several times.
