Chimney crown was beyond repair, no way to just patch it. The Chiminey Company rebuilt it with an expansion gap around the flue liner over the weekend. Now everything’s sealed tight and looks solid. Really pleased with how it turned out.
Our chase cover was falling apart and letting water in. Chiminey in Westerville installed a new one and it comes with a lifetime warranty, so I'm not thinking about this anymore. Works great and I can get back to my stuff.
Had to have my chimney taken down completely after an inspector said it was unsafe. David from Chimcare rebuilt it straight and sturdy. It looks great now and feels solid. The whole process was smooth, and the price was fair for the work done.
