If I could give 0 I would, along with a warning. This company is dangerous. Had them come out November 2025 to do a routine cleaning and inspection. The Technician that came out, seemed to not even know how to work A gas fireplace turned on the gas without opening the flew and filled our house with gas and then asked for a lighter. I ran over to open the flu and he seemed confused… goes on to Clean and inspect the chimney. Should’ve went with my intuition and just had him leave my home anyways,

Had some leaks around the chimney pipes and they sealed everything up tight. They also installed a stainless steel cover that looks solid and should hold up well. No more water dripping in, which is a relief. columbus, oh people should call them if you need chimney work done right.
