Tech arrived well within arrival window; was friendly and polite. He explained thoroughly how he would clean the dryer vent and, after cleaning, made excellent recommendations, e.g., upgrade the older house from the 3" stack to 4", apparently the norm for new construction because newer dryers are more powerful with greater airflow potentially resulting in more wear on the vents.

I was referred to Chim Chim Cheroo as the best place to call on the West side to clean out my dryer vent that hadn’t ever been done. They were very responsive and came out the next day. Curtis was great, very efficient and explained the entire process to me before beginning. I would definitely recommend them for any of their service needed.
