Called and made an appointment for repair of a foundation crack at my mother's house in Skokie. After the appointment, I never received an estimate. I called to follow up several times and almost a month later, I still don't have a repair estimate. Very disappointed with the service. I'll never recommend this business but I'll definitely steer my family and friends away.

I called a few weeks ago for an appointment to have work done, I’m still waiting for someone to call me back. Per the lady answering the phone she would get back to me about getting a weekend appointment after speaking to the owner. Guess they don’t need the business or just don’t feel like accommodating working people.

We had blockage in our sewer and were very happy with Chicagoland Waterproofing. Drew and Dean came out and assessed the pipes with a camera inspection. They determined that it would need to be cleaned using a hydro jet. Drew was very helpful in explaining the process and did a quick inspection of our home's interior water pipes and sinks after they were finished. I had an issue with my sump pump today and not only did they get me on the schedule with hours, but went above and beyond in helping resolve the issue. We’ve used this company for past projects as well, including installation of French drains, and they consistently provide excellent work and customer service.

Gus is a honest person and a straight shooter. We had are sump pump hooked up to the city sewer. The work they did was very professional, clean, and efficient. It doesn’t look like any work was done in our front yard. If u need any work done use Gus and his team.
