My appointment was from 12 - 2. I was NOT happy to hear from him at 4:48 pm. He did arrive within 5 minutes, however, he did not know where he was to treat the property. My partner had to show him the places where he was to dust. I've been pleased, up to this point. I'm sure this will be corrected in the future.
