Brian McGinn completed our home inspection, and he was excellent! He took his time completing all steps of the process with attention to detail, was very accommodating of our questions and involvement during the inspection, and was very thorough in his explanation following the inspection completion. He also followed up several times to make sure any concerns were addressed, our questions were answered, and all repairs we completed before closing day. Thank you Brian for all your help!!

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Brian with Cherry Home Inspections. I called many companies and decided on Brian because he is a small business and I thought I would get great service being that the owner of the company is the inspector. I was wrong. Edit: After living in the home and doing my own inspections and having various professionals come through lots of issues were present. Some things were caught but not the majority. I don't believe this is solely on Cherry Homes but the realtor we used, the realtor was horrible and rushed everything. Brian work diligently and clearly throughout the home and noted the smallest of details in an easy to understand way. Ensuring the best quality, customer service, and care is taken. Will definitely
