He did not want to follow instructions to install jack studs for a load bearing wall (makes it stronger) even after agreeing in writing to do so. Caught him multiple times not doing it right when I’d given him a picture of what the door frame should look like and explained it just prior! Plus half his cuts weren’t straight and then he didn’t even shim his uneven cuts until I insisted. It was all a rush job. I don’t trust him and would never hire him again.

I’ve dealt with Raul for years . He actually shows when he says. That’s shocking in Florida lol. His work is top notch. His electrical crew is amazing. I would trust him to handle any job, and have over the last decade. As my community gets older I’m sure he will be working for many years to come . Totally recommend 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️
