Disappointing. Perhaps just a misalignment of scale, as this was a small job for them (a residential storage shed demolition). The coordination was very professional. The execution much less so. The crew on the ground showed up 90 minutes before expected, asked me (the client!) where the nearest dump was located, tried to upsell me roof repairs in which I had zero interest, and then left the last 1% of the job unfinished and the site somewhat a mess.
