Kitchen sink was gurgling and I usually can force the water down by turning on garbage disposal, but today the water would go down and then burps back up. Eventually it totally would not budge. Checked P trap and it was clear. Charlie’s Drain Cleaning staff came fast and was very pleasant (young man 20’s). It took 2 hours and many tries rotor the very tough grease clot. We had a draining issue with our two toilets and bathtub. Charlie and his son came over and cleaned the main sewer line. We paid $500 for the service. But a few days later, the issue persisted. We called Charlie to tell him about it. He said he will get back to us. Despite many times attempting to reach him, he deliberately ignored us.
