John is not very responsive. Rescheduled our install twice which required me to change work schedule each time. Workmanship is pretty good. The first winter freeze produced over two dozen pops which was disappointing. I addressed with John and he explained this has a lot do with the concrete manufacture which I fully understand. With that said, we had our driveway, sidewalk leading to our front porch and the front porch torn out and replaced by Chandler and everything went like clockwork. Great work, on time and on budget.
