Had our windows replaced last week and from the first meeting to get a quote to final installation, we were very impressed with Champion. We are loving our new windows and have many compliments from our neighbors. We have and will be recommending them in the future.

We are very pleased with our new Champion windows. We are already seeing a drop in electric usage and bills from prior years now 3 months after installation. The installation was excellent with no mess inside the house and excellent fit of new windows. The only complaint is while stucco repair from the cutback was included, the painting of the stucco was not. That was identified only when the work was getting done and pointed out in the fine print.

Let me first say the installation team was great. They are 5 stars. Overall the windows seem well made and look good. However, that’s not what I’m reviewing here. Customer service is the issue!
