They paved my neighborhood and didn't properly monitor the traffic. Basically they blocked off the entrance roadway and so had both exiting and incoming traffic use one lane of a short but windy little roadway. So basically, they risked a head on collision. The one person present didn't speak English so didn't understand the danger when I tried to explain it. Zack the project manager said he would fix the problem but he didn't for a long time.
