We had Chamblee fence install a fence in 2011. About 3 years ago they worked with us to repair/replace the rotten posts. I called back this week to get pricing for some more rotten posts. There was a misunderstanding and no one returned my call. I called back and happened to get the President on the phone, and he was super apologetic and really nice. He went out of his way to get us the assistance we needed to replace our rotten posts and split rails and really was a 10/10 on customer service. W
