I met with Joel to discuss the need to redo the encapsulation under my house. He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and provided us with a great deal of information. We had recently installed a radon reduction system. Joel worked with the radon company, cleaned out the crawl space, and did an excellent job! CGS was very efficient. We agreed to a deal We reached an agreement, and within less than three days, they completed the task!

These guys do great work! They took a simple leak that could have taken 20 minutes to fix and did it right. Sealed my sewage pipe leaving the house from the inside and outside. They used multiple products to make sure it never leaks again. I highly recommend and suggest using them!!
