Justin and crew did an amazingly thorough job. They inspected house, septic, well, and termites. Their reports were incredibly detailed. Even if the house you buy passes everything an inspection is worthwhile. You learn how everything works and get a nice list of things you can do to improve on what you have. If they find things that need action it is simple to pull those out of the report to start the negotiation process. They were worth every penny!
