Writing this review after 2 years. CertaSun was a good company to work with. I didn’t get the full amount of panels possible but I wish I did because now when I want to add two more, CertaSun is saying it will cost too much to install. Also I’m looking to add batter this time but when I contacted Certa and setup an appt. I had an appt with Paul Doughty and he was really rude and arrogant. Updated Review on 4.27.26 Only by writing my honest review did I get the attention of the executives at this company and my phone call returned today. They decided to refund my $1800 for removal and not pursue working with me since their service could not "meet my satisfaction." Expecting a response within a week is reasonable for any active business this size.
