The day before, I called the owner and he was very friendly. The next day, I went and there was an assistant, a tall, young man, but he seemed to be having a bad day. There were two other customers ahead of me complaining about poorly made keys. When it was my turn, I had to ask two questions, and his answers were rude. The work itself was fine, nothing out of the ordinary. I hope the owner sends him to learn some customer service manners.
