Just called to check on pricing for propane for the small tank refill, and they don't do it anymore. This place always had shoddy customer service when it came to that so instead of getting better, they decided to just get rid of the program altogether.

Worst company ever. They've let our gas run out twice, even though we pay for the auto fill plan. They've left an extra propane tank on our lawn for months, and haven't come to get it. We're finding another company.

Called for fill up dec26th. Its now January 5th. Still waiting an its getting cold out. Bad part. I have 500 bucks paid already into my account so kinda stuck waiting. Will for sure be finding another providers
