Window cleaning

I have used Central Texas Window Cleaning for a number of years and in the past, I have been happy with the work they did. In fact, I wrote a 5 star review for them. Unfortunately, I no longer feel that that review is warranted. This year, after washing my windows and screens, they failed to replace the screens in two large windows in front of my house.
