JR (Joel Ranua) what an Incredible human being! Extremely knowledgeable, informational and educational about what systems are needed, what's the news latest and greatest technology. I felt very confident and comfortable with everything. He is very punctual and on top of everything, he didn't miss a beat. Thank you!!
