I don't think I've ever seen such a useless company before. A tech was supposed to come out and work on the AC today but no one ever showed up. They give you the time frame of 8am to 8pm expecting you to waste your day (which I did) and they just waste your time instead. What an absolute joke of a company. Every time this happens. And the insult to injury is that there is no competition, so they laugh all the way to the bank.

I, my spouse, and my property manager have spent hours on the phone with them just to try and receive bills and pay for them. Maddening. Their agents can’t figure out basic information about my account like who has access to it.
