Centennial Custom Deck constructed a second-level deck for us approximately one year ago. Recently, we encountered an issue with a 20-foot glulam post, which developed a crack and required either repair or replacement. We contacted Mr. Greg Elson, who promptly responded to our request for assistance. He assessed the damage and recommended the replacement of the post. This was a complex undertaking, necessitating the removal of a ceiling (installed by Undercover Systems) to access the deck post.
