Made a contract with explicit information on our budget. Asked numerous time prior to signing if she could work with the budget. Initial design quote was over 15k our budget and recomendations to increase it or no ideas. 9 months later we still have no workable designs within our budget. Terminated contract. Retainer taken due to being non refundable. Only recommend if you have a limitless budget.
