Initially seemed to do a decent job in Oct 2020. 4 months later it started leaking again. It took weeks to get them to fix it. Now that the monsoons have begun, it's leaking like crazy again. I've been calling for 3 days and have left messages but no response so far

Called about 2 weeks ago. He called back to show his interest in the project, but has not yet set up an appointment. Will give him another shot.
