We picked Castle for our garage floor because they were a small, local, family owned business. Also I filled in their online form requesting a quote on a Sunday. I thought if I got a call sometime the following week that would be terrific. Well, I got a call a few hours later that day. On a Sunday. By the time the phone call was over we had hired them and picked a date and time to meet and pick out the color and a date to have the floor done. Ben, the owner, came to the house a week late
