They trust him when he says he’s done what he said he would do, and that the quality is first rate. We trusted Chase, too, right to the very end. What we learned, though, is that he’s an exceptionally good liar. He lied about pretty much everything – even the things he put in writing. For example, his contract with us specifies that he would use brushes, not just sprayers
