What a great experience. The office staff was responsive and the service Tech, Derrick Gibson, was able to arrive early. He promptly diagnosed the problem, provided a cost and was able to get the ac compressor working. He spoke highly of the company and ownership. We hired Carroll to install a new unit for our upstairs after finding out it had a leak when we moved into our new house in early July 2025. The technicians were very professional and got our new unit installed during the hot weather!! I scheduled for maintenance for our 2 units we have before summer this week.
