Jonathan did a wonderful job with my emergency rug cleaning. My dog had terrible accidents on it today. I thought I would have to throw it out.

Very disappointing. Over priced and not very thorough. Technician was not honest about what he was able to clean when I spoke to him after completion of job (I was unable to supervise the job). Upholstery was not cleaned well. Will not be a repeat customer.
