Excellent experience from the start to the finish. Christina was very helpful and patient in helping us pick out the right carpet for our project. The installer, Paulino, was awesome. He was very professional, discussed the way he suggested the pattern go up our stairs and down a branching hallway (but was open to a different suggestion), cleaned up after he was done, and made sure we were happy with the result.
