The Carpet Ladies did an excellent job on our carpet and hardwood flooring installment. Easy to work with, they cleaned up their work area and the price was competitive. I’d recommend them for sure.

They never answer the phone. The voicemail is full so you can’t leave a message either. Did get a reply through their contact portal and we were told putting carpet on stairs is a custom project they can’t do. We asked for recommendations on who might be able to do it (it’s not a custom project anyone can carpet stairs) and we’re told to “Google it”. Don’t waste your time with these people.

Kathy was incredibly accommodating and helpful during the selection and installation of our flooring. Highly recommmed!
