After an initial phone conversation, we arranged for someone to come out to look at our deck and assess potential cost of repair. Nobody ever showed up, and no call or text either. I contacted them and we arranged a new day/time. Again, we were ghosted. Very unprofessional.

Gary helped us fix a problem that was created via another contractor who didn’t finish the job. He took the time to understand what our needs were and communicated throughout the project, which was finished in a speedy manner and the quality was exemplary. We will asking Gary to help us with several other projects based on this experience. Do not hesitate to engage them on your project as well.
