Please see my review below if you haven't already! Carpenter & Co doesn't pay their contractors or abide by legally binding contracts. They do not respond to lawyers, and they bully small business owners. They are the most unprofessional group of people I have ever worked with, and their conduct over the last 6 months has been embarrassing to say the least. They refuse to communicate with me directly, and had a third party ask me to take down my review. I declined, as they still have not paid

I recently completed a video project with the Carpenter Team and it was one of the most seamless projects I've had to date. The Director of Marketing was a pleasure to work with, gave effective and efficient feedback while supporting the team in every facet of creative development. I've been a commercial photographer for 10 years and have never dealt with such unprofessional people. I was hired to photograph lifestyle images for their property One Dalton in July 2023.
