Purchased roughly 1,800 sq. ft. of quality (north of $3/sq.ft.) engineered hardwood floors. Was installed by a professional. I’m very experienced nothing but headaches from all of the scratches that are building up because of very, and I mean very, little traffic on these floors. I’ve tried to resolve it with the customer service team there, but they are trying to find excuses as to why they are getting scratched so easily. For those concerned buyers, feel free to ask me for pictures as proof. T
