I called this company to get a quote for new blinds for 1 room. A representative called me right back and got me scheduled with Alida Lambooy. She came to my house to give me suggestions and take measurements. She was the kindest and friendliest person that I felt like a friend was visiting. She ran through the options and helped me decide. I wanted up and down blinds, so I ended up ordering them and she told me about 4 weeks. Right on time they called to set up install, which was so easy.
