After reading many reviews of Carmel Welding, they appear to do quality work. I haven’t received my mower back yet and it’s been over 2 weeks. I was told they are 3-4 weeks out when the mower was dropped off. I read reviews where there were delays and the expected pick up date was pushed back several times. I've called this company multiple times pertaining to trying to handle a warranty issue with my lawn mower that I bought from Lowe's considering that they are certified service company for torso lawn mowers I can never get anyone to call me back I can never get anyone to answer the phone I've went up to the place and have been completely ignored I get that caramel is the area that is not fully acceptable to people of color but to be a established business that is willing to accept responsibility
