One of the cables connecting the spring to a bottom corner of the garage door broke. Called Kevin late in the afternoon. He was at our home by 11:30am the next day. It was +8 degrees F. He inspected everything and confirmed the cable was all that needed replacing. Like springs, if you must replace one cable, you should replace both, and that's just what he did.
