Great customer service, they're very knowledgeable (30 years in the industry), and they always go over and beyond!

Very unprofessional with communication, doesn’t keep you updated with orders or time framing, we have reached out so many times with them not having answers with repairs. Very disappointing, doesn’t seem to care about their clients. Hire someone else for pool repairs and all your chemical needs.
