So impressed with Carefree Pool and Spa! I called right before New Year’s Eve and Jeffery answered and was amazingly helpful. He helped identify the issue over the phone, gave me guidance on what pump to order, and scheduled a technician to be out within two days. I was SO impressed. The technician, Brandon, who helped us was so fast, super professional and friendly. You could tell how much he cared about doing a good job and helping us get the issue resolved, which he did! Used to go to this place regularly and really appreciated it, but as of December 2025 it looks like the storefront is closed permanently, though on-site repair/maintenance services may still be available.
