Having recently purchased my home and experiencing heating issues, I contacted this firm as an authorized dealer for Majestic Fireplace manufacturer, specifically to see if I could add the optional fan kit and thermal vent damper to improving heating from my fireplace. I advised that I had the model and serial number so that they could check availability and compatibility for the desired options. The company refused to check the model and serial number for optional parts requested availability
