We got four quotes from different companies ranging from budget friendly to absurdly priced, Capitol Closet was the most reasonably priced and the materials were just as good as their competitors. They did the job quickly and returned to fix a minor error swiftly. I would definitely hire again!

Capital Closets is fantastic. Our designer, Pamela Taylor, was so competent and creative, a rare combination. We are very satisfied. Wish we could use them for more projects.

Exceeded expectations! This was a rush job with a 1 week turnaround. The space was tricky, being long and narrow. But essential for us to maximize every inch as part of a big downsize. Pamela Taylor did a brilliant design job, and the installation team was prompt and professional. Capital Closet Design was a pleasure to work and an excellent value as well. My experience was so positive I am now looking at our other cosets and thinking they might need some Capital Closet Design attention too!

Paid a lot, got a nice looking closet, the dresser drawer broke and I have been calling and emailing since April 24 to get them to repair and stand by their work. The repairman came on June 7th, took the broken dresser drawer because he could not fix it on-site. My calls and emails for an update as to when it will be returned in repaired condition have not been returned. It is now July 16. This is an awful customer service experience for a closet I paid them five figures to install! Not happy!

Capitol Closet Design is timely, professional and knows the field. The installers were on time and did a great job including very nice clean up. After my closet was completed, I decided I needed a couple of hanging bars raised. An installer was scheduled for the next day and quickly made the changes at no charge. I also liked the fact that they didn't try to sell me more than needed and wanted. Got several estimates, and theirs was by far the best design for the cost. Highly recommend this compa

Capitol Closet Design was a delight to work with from the very first phone call all the way through the final installation. We had them do several projects for us after the master closets turned out so well. We had several other companies give us estimates and I must say Capitol Closet Design had the best approach to receive my business. Two of the companies I called did the hard sell presentation and were rude. Capitol Closet Design did the design and gave us their best price and it was lower
