I am very disappointed with the service provided by Mr. James Grant at Capital Glass & Construction. I encountered several issues, Despite attempts to resolve this, the end result was not what was promised. It was disappointing enough to warrant a warning. The service was poor, and the professional standards I expected were not met at all , Especially For a project of this nature, you expect a certain level of reliability and quality, neither of which were present here. I cannot recommend their

Came out in the rain when I was having a bad window leak. Sealed the window as best they could that day despite it being wet. Recommended that it was possibly the roof and not the window. Came back when the rain stopped to finish sealing my window. Much appreciated.
