We are extremely happy with our new family room floor. All communication with this company has been excellent. We had a major flood in our basement and turned to this company for help and answers. From the fellow that came and gave us the quote, to talking with Teresa at length ( sorry about all the phone calls!), and the friendliness and respect from the crew that did the work we are very pleased!! It will be a while before we can finish the rest of the basement (we had to tear out Sheetrock),
