Unprofessional, Late, Rude, Delay of time sensitive materials without explanation. Don't waste your time with this lady. When I called the very first time to ask about the delay. I was told I harassing her. What a joke!!! If I could give this place zero stars I would.

Building inspector Brandon Vigneault exceeded expectations during our entire permitting and inspection process. He was thoughtful, kind, patient and responsive. When issues arose, he provided a clear explanation and path forward to quick resolution. The online portal was easy to use and counter staff were always courteous and helpful.

Useless. Called every day for a week and left multiple “voicemails” and messages expecting a call back. Got attitude from the receptionist. Decided to go to the building and they close an hour earlier than listed. Will continue to try and will follow up when I see their services
