I called Cambridge Handyman Services to get a handyman. They called a third party company and we scheduled an appointment. The day of the appointment no one showed up. After almost 1 hour I called the third party company complaining and I was told that I would have received a call back shortly to know a time. After almost 2 hours and no call received and no one showing up, I decided to call Cambridge Handyman Services directly to have someone else, but the guy was not very responsive and told me

I needed a cabinet hinge repaired and a ceiling light fixed. the light was fixed perfectly. The hinge, which is tricky, proved more challenging. The team said they'd come back the next day with a new hinge and they never showed. When I called - over three days - they never responded. I have now given up. Their work may be good, but their follow-through and responsibility is lacking.

Yoram (Handyman) painted my property. The color does not match. He said he will come take a look. Then cancelled at last min and never showed up. Called the company, they said he no longer works here. How convenient! This company basically contract out all their work and is not responsible for the quality of work.
