We got an error in our order - wrong gravel color and size. The staff woman told us that we must pay for the truck delivery, even when we provided a sample of the order. Ultimately, we ended up paying $85 due to that person's lack of listening and organization - she never disclosed that we'd be paying for any mistakes in this case, her mistake.
